For the 2022-2023 school year, all prizes must be redeemed in the Prize Store by Thursday, May 5th, 2023, AND must be picked up by Friday, May 13th, 2023. All un-redeemed prizes will be returned to the prize store and your points will not be refunded. Prizes redeemed during the summer will be eligible for pickup starting Thursday, August 18, 2022.

Points are awarded to students who attend a variety of on-campus events, including Wake Forest athletic events and a variety of other designated SDR events. Point values for events vary, beginning at 50 points and ranging up to 200 points. Students earn SDR points simply by attending events at Wake Forest and using one of the easy redemption methods which can be found on the "What is SDR?" page. Students who stay for the full duration of a game can earn an additional 150 points per event by ensuring their Bluetooth is turned on and that they have downloaded the SDR iOS/Android app.

No! Your points are cumulative and will roll over every semester and every academic year as long as you are still a student enrolled at Wake Forest University. That means you can spend your points as you earn them, or save them to earn a big ticket item! Just make sure to spend your points before you graduate, because Screamin' Demon Rewards prizes are only valid for active Wake Forest University students

No! The number of entries that you get when entering a ticket lottery is based off of the total amount of points that you have acquired up to that point. Spending your points in the Prize Store will not affect your chances of winning a ticket lottery.

The base point value for a FOOTBALL game is 50 points. You'll earn that when you scan your mobile ticket to enter Truist Field. Non-Conference Games: 150 PTS // Conference Games: 100 PTS --- When you attend a MEN'S BASKETBALL game, you will earn your points when you scan your mobile ticket to enter LJVM Coliseum. MORE POINTS --- If you have downloaded the SDR iOS/Android app, and have your Bluetooth turned on, you will be awarded an additional 100 points if you stay for the entire game. When you exit through the doors, our iBeacons will detect your phone and will automatically award you your additional points.

DOUBLEHEADER --- For a doubleheader, you can earn an additional 100 points by staying for the second game. Just make sure your Bluetooth is turned on and you have the SDR iOS/Android app or you visit the SDR app and check-in once game two has begun.

MORE POINTS --- If you have downloaded the SDR iOS/Android app, and have your Bluetooth turned on, you will be awarded an additional 150 points if you stay for the entire match. When you exit through the gates, our iBeacons will detect your phone and will automatically award you your additional points.
